Inspired by the Power 8 sprints at the Harbour Festival the previous weekend the Crane Races took on a new format…..Power 6 Sprints!
Starting by the steps of the Cross Harbour Ferry, and finishing up where we normally start at the crane – distance of 350m. Each crew had two runs.
Some very close racing – only 1.21 seconds between the 2 crews overall time.
Bonus challenge saw Women take on men. Times were 1:41.20 and 1:36.70 respectively.
